At Ellevesa, we stand by the quality of our demi-fine jewellery. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty on the plating of all our pieces. You can wear your favourites with confidence for years to come.

How to Claim

Take a clear photo of the tarnished item.
Email care@ellevesa.com with:
- Your Order Number
- The photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
Self-ship the product to:

Share the courier AWB number with us via email.

Once the item is received and passes quality check, store credit will be issued as per the terms below.

Store Credit Value Based on Time Since Purchase

Within 0–6 months: 50% of the invoice value
Within 6–12 months: 25% of the invoice value
After 12 months: 15% of the invoice value

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Exclusions from Warranty

Regular wear and tear
Breakage or physical damage
Third-party alterations or resizing
Mishandling leading to zirconia damage
Lost crystals or stones
Luxury handcrafted sets

Breakage Warranty

If your jewellery breaks during regular use, you are eligible to claim 15% of the product value as Ellevesa Cash.
This credit is valid for 6 months and can be used both online and in-store.
