Self-ship the product to our Ellevesa office in Noida.

Buy-back Value

Once we receive your product and perform a quality check, the buy-back value will be calculated based on the purchase age:

0–6 months: 50% of invoice value
6–12 months: 25% of invoice value
After 12 months: 15% of invoice value

Important Note

For 92.5 sterling silver jewellery, a ₹200 deduction applies if the hallmark certificate is missing.

Ellevesa Cash Credit

After successful Quality Check (QC), the buy-back value will be credited to your Ellevesa account as Ellevesa Cash, valid for 365 days. You can use this credit to shop anything online from Ellevesa.
