Return & Exchange Policy
General Note
Ellevesa aims to provide a smooth and delightful shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) For Non–Lab Grown Diamond Items
Return Policy
- 2-day return and 10-day exchange policy.
- If packaging is damaged or poor in condition, refuse delivery and email care@ellevesa.com with your Order ID.
- We will send a free replacement at no additional cost.
- If you don’t like the product, raise a return request via your Ellevesa account. Doorstep pickup will be arranged.
- Offers like Buy 1 Get 1 require all items returned. Partial returns/exchanges are not accepted.
- For damaged/wrong items, contact care and we’ll handle pickup + replacement.
Partial vs Full Order Returns
- Partial returns: Store credit to Ellevesa Wallet for future use.

Full returns:
- Prepaid: Refund to original source within 5–7 business days.
- COD: Refund via bank transfer once details are shared.
Exchange Policy
- Raise within 10 days of delivery.
- Customized items are not eligible for exchange.
- For higher value, coupon code will be issued; pay difference at checkout.
- For lower value, store credit will be issued.
- No re-exchange allowed on already exchanged items.
- No extra discounts on exchanged orders.
2) For Lab Grown Diamond Items
Return Policy
- 2-day return applicable.
- Partial returns not allowed; return full order.
- Mandatory: LGD certificate.
- Pickup arranged, refund after QC.
Exchange Policy
- 10-day exchange policy.
- Pickup arranged by Ellevesa.
- Post-QC, replacement is dispatched.
- For higher value items: Pay the difference.
- For lower value: Coupon code will be issued.
Important Notes
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims (missing, damaged, wrong items).
- Gift boxes are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
- Store credit can be used only twice per order.
- Luxury set returns/exchanges must be requested within 24 hours.
- Free gifts must be returned with the original item.
- In-store returns/exchanges need prior appointment.
- Buy 2 Get 1 offers: all items must be returned.
- If pickup fails, customer must self-ship.
- All return requests must be raised via your Ellevesa account.
- Partial returns will re-calculate discounts on remaining items.
- Missed deadlines = store credit only (no refund).
- Keep return proof safe for disputes.
Non-Returnable Items
- Physically damaged products
- Items returned after 48 hours
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items from Buy 1 Get 1 / Buy 2 Get 2 offers unless fully returned
